Unprofessional, lack of transparency in the hiring process. Candidate prepares, drives 45kms and all prepared to get the job, and here I'm told about the age criteria after winning 2 rounds of in-house interviews. I was positive and almost certain of joining the team, crush numbers.

Sales question mostly, a mock sales session and about your experience. They dont go in depth so wont be a tough task to crack the interview. Would mostly have 2 rounds at max.
