The full selection process was composed by 3 steps and took about 3-4 week. The first interview was a quick screening with an Account Manager/HR, focused on the presentation of the company and position. The second one was more technical and involved also the CEO, who asked about IT skills and previous projects. The third one was in person with the two founders (included CEO) and took place in their Italian office. Good impression in terms of activities and product, very bad in terms of company. After almost one month of selection and advertising the offer as freelance collaboration, they proposed me to start with an internship to eventually continue with a long-term full time freelance collaboration (which according to Italian law is considered a "fake freelance collaboration", also not legally accepted. Compensation was ridiculous, a few hundred of euros during internship, with no travel expenses or meals contribution.
