      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Security Quotient (Eranakulam) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I got placed through campus interview, first they had come down to our college and had a small group discussion and then a face to face interaction. Later, they selected few from our college and called us to their company to have a conversation with the head of operations and then sir selected few and told us we will be there for a one week training then after an assessment they will let us know if we are selected for the 3 months internship. The best thing that i personally like is they told us in the beginning itself about how this recruitment process is going to work. The way we were treated during the interviewing process was good we did not have to wait too long things went on fast and in a proper order.

      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Security Quotient (Cochin) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I applied through LinkedIn. Brief telephonic discussion and i was called for face to face interview to their office . I had specifically told I'm only interested in HR profile even when the interviewer asked me if i was open to other profiles. I was very specific about what i wanted. Still he called me to the office and again tried to convince. In 5 mins he understood I'm not interested in other profiles. He said "Thanks for visiting" conveniently.. No respect for candidates area of interest and time. Really bad! He did not have to call me for this. At last he said he wants an experienced candidate. Then why the hell was it mentioned in the job description that "0-3 years" experience required. Suggestion: First set your recruitment process right. Else you won't even get a HR person to do this
