The interview process was lengthy. This is a small office of only 9 employees and they wanted to be sure they were hiring someone who fit within the team as well as being qualified. I first had a phone interview with the manager. I then attended 3 separate in-person interviews with one of them being a working interview. I interviewed with 5 staff members total. I also took a skills assessment test. The process took 5 or 6 weeks.
