I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Seattle Promotional Management (Redmond, WA)
Interview
Just ridiculous. It's basically hawking products at Costco, despite none of their online collateral or job postings mentioning this. The idea that you have a whole business based on one thing and not mention it just screams 'scam.' The room for growth discussed was essentially just getting the "opportunity" to open a new business with the model somewhere else and recruiting other people. When I asked if that was common (unintentionally implying I don't want to do that at all), it was suggested that I'm simply not driven enough, in a way that sounded a lot like an Amway pitch. It felt like as close to multi-level marketing as you can come without directly hitting it. I'd tell anyone I know to avoid them overall. Seemingly lovely folks, but I'd bet anything that it's bad business.

Interview
Quite straightforward from recruiter to the hiring manager to director. Friendly yet the reviews helped a lot to understand. I would go to the site and see what specific skills are needed bc they have a lot of job openings

Interview
The interview process is rigorous for a dull position. They want you to be a face to face salesman for their client events in Costco warehouses. The hours are long and they offer $14/hour with NO BENEFITS. It's an upright insulting offer.
Don't waste your time with this company.
