I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sears in Apr 2010
Interview
Online application with a prompt at the end to select a day and time for a one-on-on. Interviewed with 2 different department managers who were as sweet as could be and asked me basic interview questions such as "describe a time when you went out of your way to provide excellent customer service." They both apparantly really liked me because they gave me a choice of several different departments but suggesested that I might want to meet with the store manager to discuss a commisioned position that is about to open because they felt that I might be a perfect fit. I have a meeting with the store manager scheduled for tomorrow.
