The interview process was well-structured and efficient. It began with an initial phone screening that focused on my background and motivation for the role. This was followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager and a panel of team members. The questions were a balanced mix of technical and behavioral, allowing me to showcase both my skills and cultural fit.
Communication throughout the process was clear and timely. I appreciated the interviewers’ professionalism and the opportunity to ask questions about the team and company culture. Overall, it was a positive experience that reflected well on the organization.
Reached out to by HR after 1 week and a team member after applying online after 1.5 weeks. Was given less than a working day of notice for the first-round online interview. During the call, the questions felt unstructured. They repeatedly pressed me on why I wanted the role, but never actually explained what the role fully entailed. Communication stopped immediately after the call—no feedback, no update.
two rounds of interview, one hirevue and one in person and one group coffee chat, friendly process in general, very interesting to learn about the team. good experience over all, thumbs up
