I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2011
Interview
Found ad in newspaper, applied online. Received an email followed by an over the phone interview, interview with manager and director and then VP. Offered a lot less than I was making at my current job at the time. Didn't negotiate, feel like I've been under cut now
There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions

Interview
It was very straightforward. Mix of technical and behavioural questions. Manager was easy to connect with. Overall pleasant and efficient process. I would recommend Scotiabank as a place to interview
