The process was less formal than other banking interviews. There were 3 rounds which included a phone interview, in person interview with a team member and HR and finally met with the head of the team in the final round.

first round interview by two associates and a VP asked only behavioral questions and then left time for me to ask questions and then would have me expand on what I said nothing bad at all.
There were many behavioural questions and also questions about experience. It was pretty much an standard interview. Similar process to other similar companies in the industry. It was good experience overall.
