one phone interview just quickly go over the resume, after that , you will be contacted if you passed the phone interview, I got one face-to-face interview with branch manager after, got the offer.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
