Interview
got a call to come in for an interview the next morning ,interview was ok..mostly behavorial questions, the questions were already written on a sheet ,so it was a formal interview not like one where u answer the questions and then they take it from there, i personally feel that u can do alot better on those type of interviews ,asked for a lot of examples from work. got a call after a week ,that they had decided to hire somebody else.

Applied online, received email two weeks later. Two step process of survey, and then online customer stimulation (be sure to have a pen and paper, and pay attention to all details and read it clearly!). Got an email back to have a "recorded" online interview. Essentially you record your answers. Final step was another interview through webcam with an HR person.
