      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2011

      Interview

      The interview process was fairly long consisting of a phone interview, a personality questionnaire and then a computer test at the bank. Thereafter successful candidates are notified and are called in for a one on one interview with 2 managers. Successful completion of the interview is followed by a reference check and police check.

      Interview

      Very professional, provided interviewee with opportunity to ask questions about prospects of employment and other opportunities. The interview required preparation. An email is send to inquire if as an applicant you are still interested in the position you applied for. After responding, you are advised that someone is going to give you a call on the phone number you provided. A call is received a few days later and an interview made over the phone. The interviewer tells you after the interview that you will receive the result within 24 hours. That same evening you will receive a letter accepting you and inviting you to start training in a months' time.

      Interview

      There's a phone interview with HR where they ask you fairly basic stuff. They send you an email with a test where you are pretending to be a customer service representative of a company and you must listen to the customer and answer the questions they post. After a few days you'll get scheduled in for an interview with the hiring manager.
