The interview process was very straight forward. I applied online and was contacted a couple of weeks later by an HR representative to set up an in-person interview. The interview itself was fairly easy. I was interview by a Director from the Audit department. It didn't feel like an interview in the sense that it was a very pleasant conversation about the culture in the Audit department and what I could bring to the table.
