      Customer Service Associate Interview

      Apr 12, 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Hamilton, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Hamilton, ON) in Dec 2025

      Interview

Very casual, a couple questions regarding past work experience. They basically wanted to see how you engage in conversation. It was the branch manager as well as the assistant manager. They made you feel comfortable though, it wasn’t interrogation or made you feel it that way

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Scotiabank

      Interview

The process started with 2 interviewinterviews, the first interview wa one on one with recruiter. It was easy going about 30 minutes. 2nd interview was with 2 people, it was structured and not too difficult. I was told they'd get back to me and let me know then never heard back again. Had to find out through the career porter I wasn't selected. The people seemed nice enough but a company who doesn't let a candidate know the outcome after interviews in my opinion is unprofessional and is a bad look on how they probably treat their employees
