Balance Staffing agency reached out to me and set up a phone interview with them. Then proceeded on to an in person interview with the company. There were a few other informal phone calls with the staffing agency to sort out details.

Interview will be based on whatever you have put in your resume. Basic QA questions and some questions on java and basic sql queries as I have specified in my resume. Also there was few situational based question.

I got interview scheduled through a friend referral as a fresher it's a good place to start with ...interview is not so complex just 2 round with basic java questions...got offer letter the same day evening...good luck...
