You will sit down with the GM at a table in the restaurant before service starts, be asked some general industry questions, be given an impromptu oral examination of serving/bartending knowledge, and discuss long-term intent concerning a position with the establishment as well as personal goals. Lastly, you will be briefed on the establishments expectations, policy, as well as perks.
