It began with introductions and an overview of my background, then shifted to my understanding of the fintech industry and the services it provides—especially in AI- and quantum-driven risk analytics. The interviewer wanted to assess how I would execute my responsibilities within this complex space. I was asked to outline how I would start contributing from day one and structure my first month.
