I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ScaleMatrix (San Diego, CA)
Interview
The interview was conducted in a panel format, where multiple interviewers asked a series of relatively straightforward questions focused primarily on my technical abilities and client communication skills and experiences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ScaleMatrix (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Met with IT director/manager and went over the company and my background, as well as some technical stuff. Did not get to meet with technical team as they were out sick. Would have been nice to meet with the technical team as I was told I would before interview, and then while at interview that I would meet with them the following week. But I didn't get the opportunity to meet with them even though everything went great meeting with the director/manager. Answered questions properly with positive feedback. Was simply told by recruiter they decided to go with somebody more senior or fit for position, but with no other reason or explanation. Instead told me another Network Engineer position making $20k less a year may be available. Told them that wouldn't work, moved on.

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ScaleMatrix (Puyallup, WA) in May 2019
Interview
My interview was rescheduled twice and I was given the wrong address. After driving 2 hours out of the way I showed up and was told I would be great for the company and role and would be in touch in 2 weeks. I followed up with emails and phone calls with responses indicating how awesome I was. I have yet to hear back it is going the end of week 3.
