I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sber Tech (Moscow, Moskva) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview consisted of 3 section: life-coding, soft-skills and getting to know the team. The atmosphere was friendly and not oppressive. At each of parts, they agreed with me in advance about a convenient time and did not violate the agreement
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sber Tech (Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg) in Dec 2022
Interview
I was contacted by company's recruiter. First, there was a short ~5 min. video call with recruiter, talking about the position, job location, salary expectations, etc. Second, there was long technical interview with the team leader. We talked about aspects of administration of Linux-based systems, questions about tools used to debug running system, measure the performance, the scope of the work that the team is doing, etc. After that, they promised to give the feedback in the next few days, but ignored me. 5 days after the technical interview, I again asked the recruiter for any feedback and 3 days later received a response saying that there is no feedback yet. 2 weeks later I once again asked for any news, and 1 more week later I received a response that they are not ready to make me an offer.
