Sayers Technology interview questions

I had met a Recruiter for Sayers at a career expo. There I learned about the company and handed him my resume. He later gave me a call to see if I was interested which I was, then he invited me in for a face to face interview. Had one phone interview, then a face to face interview at Sayers offices.

You have a preliminary phone interview and then a second phone interview. Afterwards you will be call in for an in person interview with two people. They ask you a lot of open ended questions about the job and how you would handle a certain situation. They interview very well and ask a lot of probing questions if they either want to know more about your answer or are just curious in general.
