Discrimination among the applicants during interview. Some applicants were asked only to introduce themselves infront only to the HR, others were asked hard technical questions by experts in the respective fields. The shorlisting criteria is not clear.

Subject questions, fluency in english will be tested, would have to explain in detail about your research experience in detail, questions about no of publications and willingness to do research and teaching together and publish more papers, prior experience related questions and subjects handled etc. how can you contribute to the organisation.
