Manager for a different department completed my interview as the head was busy with something else so that was odd and I thought a little inappropriate to be completely honest but it was still an ok interview.

Manager was easy to talk to, good communication skills and provided good honest insight into store dynamics. I did my interview in the side office and he began by going over my resume with me making conversation off of that and asking questions. I then got a few scenario questions regarding coworkers and how k would deal with conflict

Interview was done in the office, process was quick and only took 5 minutes, the manager said they would contact me if I got chosen, and I got the call a week after the interview. First training shift was the day after the call.
