the variety of extended benefits
Was a summer job in eCommerce, there are no benefits, only some snacks. They say if you go out so late there is no public transport. The reality is; they will pay you a taxi, but the managers let everyone on the very last bus/skytrain and they rapt up everything and then they go on a taxi paid by the company
You don't get enough hours to even really benefit from the "package" they offer
