A hiring process with terrible communication:
- An automated email asking me to select a date and time for the first interview. I sent an email to the HR representative with a question, but never received a reply.
- The first interview was technical right off the bat, without so much as an initial meeting, which is what you'd normally expect.
- After the first interview, I received another automated email with the date for the second interview, which was also a technical interview.
- I felt that both interviews went quite well; however, after the second one, there was complete silence. So, after a little over two weeks, I sent another email to follow up, but I never received a response again.
I think leaving a candidate hanging after going through two interviews is highly unprofessional.
