I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sarah Seven (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2023
Interview
I had a phone call and then was offered a second interview which I declined after some odd things I heard during the first interview. The interviewer mentioned she was in upper management (Cant remember the name), she kept asking if I had friends/family in NYC because they don't encourage their employees to be friends. She mentioned that fraternizing outside of the showroom was not allowed which I found a little odd to say in the first interview. After hearing that, I went to Glassdoor and found reviews saying they encourage their employees not to be friends so they can tattle on each other. It seemed like a toxic environment from the reviews and what was said during the call made it seem like the reviews were true so I didn't continue with the process.

Question 1
Do you have friends in NYC? What is your 5 year plan? Why did you choose Sarah Seven?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sarah Seven (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Easy and not hard at all! This is a retail atmosphere and nothing more! The interview took 1 week and I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard questions and the company isn't intimidating at all. I would recommend doing some digging on the company first. Point blank, don't work for this company. There are several other bridal houses in the Bay Area with class.
