I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saphyre (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
Met with hiring manager, business manager, both co-founders and the CIO. Interview questions were experienced-based. They were clear on what they wanted for the role and the conversation flowed well.

Question 1
Give me an example of an employee investigation you ran. What was the context, what steps did you follow and what was the solution.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Saphyre in Jul 2023
Interview
First round is talking to the CTO about your current position and explaining some projects you've done. 30 minute conversation where you just talk and learn more about the position. Will try to ask you about DDD Next step is a take home assignment where you have to create an application in Blazer. Its a simple web app that has a grid and when you click a row, it opens an edit modal. Somehow youre suppose to "show off youre C# skills and impress them" with such a simple application. Keep in mind, they are looking to hire someone who know DDD and are going to rewrite a monolithic application following modern design patterns. I have zero experience with Blazer and yet i was expected to create this app. The feedback i received was "you did exactly as the prompt said to but another candidate when above and beyond so were continuing with that candidate instead" It took them over 2 weeks to get back to me with any feedback
