Normal process. First with HR Second with technical lead. During the interview one of the technical lead started acting with misrespect. I had a bad idea about the company that time.

I got invited by one member of this company which is strange how they don't have an HR to look for profile, I had a meeting with two people, I introduced myself and my background which is related to the position, everything went well till I answered one question related to database , I did not probably explain well, the two guys started to laugh loudly. It is a very inappropriate way to treat the developer during the interview process, I think they are a small company and they don't have an HR.
