Very interesting how they had a large group of more than 8 people interview me. I suggest knowing a brief synopsis of who you are as a person and child of God. To be able to give the interviewer a quick summary of what you love to do and how this reflects your character, interests, talents is important. I found that my inability to describe myself and how I relate to others, the Lord, and the world at large made me less desired. If I don't know who I am, how can I make others feel comfortable, wanted, excited, or interested in me and what I do. Ministry is knowing who you are in Christ and helping people find themselves. So, in an interview, like this, you would be helping yourself to see how the Lord sees you.
