The first interview was great with the recruiter! They cared and seemed genuinely interested in making sure this was a pleasant process for me. They answered all of my questions and took the time to listen. The subsequent interview seemed rushed and unprepared. The job description varied slightly from the interview with the team's manager.

Interview
Email from HR screener, then phone call with basic screening questions. 1 week later Microsoft Teams video interview with the director of IT. Then 1 week later Microsoft Teams video interview with the COO. 18 days later received a generic letter of decline, no specific reasons listed.
It should be mentioned that during this process I got an impression that there was a lot of re-calibration on their end internally. It was suggested that I would have to go to Indy for 2 weeks for training as well, and then 1 week per quarter. So this was a hybrid role, not remote :/

Interview
The entire interview process was very fast and efficient. After each round of interviews, I received positive feedback the next day. Received an offer within 3 weeks of first interview.
