Interview
The interview process demonstrated a significant lack of preparation and clear judgment from the interview panel. The experience left me with serious concerns about the internal culture and hiring standards of the company.
Poor Professional Judgment
• Irrelevant Questioning: A significant portion of the conversation focused on subjects or technical areas that were explicitly outside the scope of the job description, suggesting they had not thoroughly read my resume or understood the role's core requirements.
• Lack of Structure: There was no clear flow or objective to the interview. Questions were repetitive and disjointed, indicating a failure to establish consistent evaluation criteria.
• Wasted Time: My time and expertise were not respected. The interviewers arrived late and demonstrated a clear lack of focus, making the interaction feel obligatory rather than a mutual assessment.
In short they dont hire its a waste of time.

Interview
The recruiter is very aggressive. She reached out March 18. Then March 24 she get back to me. Had finally talked to her on March 26. Then March 31, I received an invite that I will have a face to face interview on April 3 with the Associate Director.
I had the interview in this AD's office. Ofc isolated. I know I'm able to answer her questions, confidently. But it will be my fitfall since she is chatting with someone. Her focus and maybe even my answers is was notable. I even stepped out her office because she needs a 15min 'quick meeting' with her boss. I already lost interest because when I get back again in her office, during the interview, she's chatting again.
