Interview process was somewhat difficult. Very in depth questions to assess managerial skills, knowledge, and contributions to the company. The interview consisted of myself, the store manager, and the assistant store manager and lasted about an hour and a half. The managers made their decision about three days after the interview and I assumed the role one week after I was offered the position.
