Only work 3 days a week
Cons
Takes a long time to get trained in managerial duties. When I got hired they said would train, but it took 8 months to be allowed to close by myself despite prior experience. Over a year to get trained in opening duties. Very slow moving even though constantly told that they plan to train you.
