Interview
Once recruiter contacts you then a interview is set up. Basic interview questions are asked. Once you have answered the recruiters questions then a determination is made as to offering you the position. From there you are told of the contract that is available, set up for a physical and drug screen, and as long as those are passed you will be ok. School is usually arranged after that process.
