I made an online application. In a very short time, about 2 days, I got a phone call and we talked about the requirements of the job and my previous work experience. A meeting is arranged for nearly a week later. Throughout the process, all steps were very clear and the attitude of the company was very friendly. As a decision, I wasn't selected for the position, I felt very comfortable when the HR manager called me for giving the result and explaining alternative positions in different branches of the company.
