Got the initial call from recruiter asking to set up an appointment for an group interview (1st step). The first interview was a phone screen/group interview with 5-6 others via telephone, and was recorded for those who couldn't be there/out of the office.
After the phone screen, I was then prompted to give my professional references and was told they would be in touch in 1-2 weeks. The next step would be to invite potential candidates to SUNY Potsdam. Never heard back. 3 months later, I received the "we went with someone who had more qualifications" denial letter in mid-June.
