Meet several members of the team in quick succession, first analysts then associates and one or two VPs and two partner meetings.
You must display strong motivation, some commercial acumen and be a self starter.
Three rounds of interview. The first one is with an analyst and a vp, two sets of md, final with founders. The last one is not technical, more about you and how you stand out.
