It's via Skype because the hiring person was in Bangkok. The questions were easy. Actually it's more like chatting. The hiring person first asked me to send messages to him. I think he wanted to see how good my English writing is and then we have a on-screen interview.

30 min Skype interview, with first 10 minutes chatting to check your written proficiency, and then video interview. The whole interview felt casual, but the questions can be tricky. Stick to the position you are applying for.
