The first call was general questions about why I wanted the position and why I applied to the company. After that, I went to the offices to perform competencies tests. The first was a written test about spelling, punctuation, grammar mistakes, and general knowledge. The second was a listening and speaking where I had to speak at the same time as the speaker so the captions were generated automatically.
