The interviewers come with a fixed mindset, and ask very specific questions, instead of probing to evaluate the candidate. When they hire, they do not try to understand the nature and background or the courses the students come from, and what they can offer, but try to fit them directly into a mould of their own. Eventually, what they offer you in the interview, what gets laid out in the contract and the work you are assigned when you join are not in sync.
