Interview
There were two interviews. First was with Chief Philanthropic Officer and Development Manager and the second was with them and the CEO. They asked generic Development questions like my experience with CRMs, working for gala season, donor stewardship, etc. Both interviews were basically the same questions, just mostly filling in the CEO with my background and expertise. They did the interview process rather quickly. I applied, had my interviews, and received my offer within a span of 2 weeks.

Interview
It was a relatively straightforward interview that was a 30-minute phone conversation. The interviewer was held by someone who was consulted to help with the hiring process. It was difficult having answers to the day-to-day environment since they didn’t work there but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Question 1
Can you describe a time you encountered a challenge while working on a project? How did you go about it?
Pretty easy, phone interview. The call was about 20 minutes and consisted of standard interview questions, there were afew employees listening in and monitoring the call which made me feel more comfortable that I was treated fairly.
