Friendly team, but the interview felt awkward. Competency-based questions led to intense typing by all three interviewers, creating a rigid atmosphere with little conversational flow or genuine human interaction overall.
5-minute presentation on how you would make a difference followed up by general HR questions. Interviewed by three individuals, including the line manager. Interview length was around 45 to 60 minutes.
