Interview
The interview process was very in-depth, which is great as many canine care facilities hire just about anyone. Management made sure that I had to experience animals and care about both the puppies and their humans. They make sure that employees are interested in a long-term career in animal care, training, or health.
Two phone interviews and an in-person interview. Not a high-stress experience, very polite conversation about where I see my career taking me and my past experiences.
