Interview
I went through a two-stage interview process. Both rounds were conducted online by 2 managers from the JV companies. After the forst round of interview the recruiter was chasing me to schedule the stage 2 as I was also interviewing for another company. At the end of the 2nd stage interview the interviewers seemed quite impressed with me and asked for details which hinted that they would make me an offer and told me they would reach out to me by the end of the same week. Now it has been slighlty more than a month since I interviewed for the stage 2 interview, the 2 recruiters and the 3 hiring managers have completely ghosted me. It seems like the company doesn't value a candidate's time and efforts during the entire application and interview process.

Interview
Before the interview, I read all the reviews about the company and was disappointed and even thought about canceling the interview, but decided to see for myself and make a decision. Even the invitation to the interview was already toxic, I was called in for an in-person interview although it could have been organized online. During the interview, I felt like they weren’t letting me finish, interrupting, not letting me answer the question to the end. By the middle of the interview, I had completely lost interest in the interview, in answering questions, and even in this position. I was already ignoring questions and didn’t want to strain myself answering questions that were already interrupting, gaslighting, and humiliating me. Without listening to my story about my experience, they interrupted me, asking other questions and going off topic. And then they said in surprise that you still haven’t told us about your experience. In short, the match didn’t take place, the impression was terrible, an interview where they somehow very subtly and with a smile belittled my experience, not even letting me talk about it. In general, everything is clear, I would avoid this toxic company with their ghost project, on which nothing has been done for 15 years. I think I may be wrong, but everything was more than suspicious, I was told that they have 50 planners, and the project has not even started yet. Why do they need another one? Nothing is happening on the construction site either.

Interview
Asked questions that were non-technical, but had an expectation of problem solving. Interview was over teams. Fairly easy non pressurised questions. No questions relating to your CV. The interview was fairly relaxed.
