The company provides very little information regarding the job role. The interview was just a webinar. It was just one recruiter going through a slide show in front of 30 candidates. The slide show didn't provide much information. The page stating the salary and job description was illegible. Essentially, it is door-to-door sales with great emphasis on commission-based pay. After this 'Interview', everyone was prompted to record a video of themselves saying who they are and why they would be a great fit for the company. The deadline for this was 15-20 minutes after the interview. And successful candidates would be contacted for a second round interview the very next day. Very Shady.
