Interview
The aptitude round was held in our college questions which were quite easy to crack but time constraint ,it was offline mode of exam. Later the shortlisted candidates were asked to appear for further rounds in company which is located in tumkur. On the day of interview again the offline test which included technical questions like to write few lines of C program, Favourite subject (in brief) , some basic questions related to DBMS, C, etc., Followed by group discussion+HR , it was a panel consisting of 4-5 member.

Question 1
GD topic given was so simple they only focus on how you present your ideas and interact with other people and attitude towards them. HR round includes questions like tell me about yourself, being an EC student why do you want to join software field, why SCII why not other company and are you willing to sign a bond of 3 years and so on. They even ask you to deposit your owned laptop to work will be kept in company with confidential information.

Interview
Had been to Tumkur to give the interview. Initially we had GD and HR round combined and later coding test and face to face technical interview. they will decide to hire you in 1st round itself and next 2 rounds are taken for name sake. They ask for bond surety for 3 years which i feel not required. they actually rejected me as i had low grades.

Question 1
All they wanted to know that was i ready to pay them for surety. later in technical round they asked some basic programming concepts.
First of all they conducted an aptitude test which contains 2 sets of booklets with lots of easy questions.
Time management is very important at this stage. Even they carried stop watches and we can't turn our head here and there. If u do they will kick u out.
2nd round is a written test with one or 2 programs. Even they will ask to write about our favourite subject.
Here comes final round!!!
This round is mix up of group discussion and hr. Where they will ask technical and non technical questions to each person order wise...
Uff finally with out any effort got selected...
