The interview was conducted during covid times, I met with their HR at the office while the head of Tech and Team leader joined in on a call. The first part was pretty regular, they introduced loads about the firm and the way they work, afterwards I was asked to say something about myself and my qualifications. Everything felt very relaxed, they were mostly asking about my experience and how I'd improve various things I don't enjoy about my current job etc. The knowledge test was supposed to be the next part, where they would send an email with details to the task I was supposed to do on my own. They we'd agree on a date when I'd send it back, then their team lead would check the solution and they would get back to me.
