SAI Digital interview questions

They started in asking about my background and very specifically about how I would manage employees. I didn't get asked about my creative work and wasn't given a chance to review my samples, which I felt was naive. Even as a director of a team, the creative applying for the job should be viewed as a producer and/or creative lead. The whole experience was odd.
