I applied through university. I interviewed at SADA in Jun 2022
Interview
It was smooth. We had an aptitude the a group discussion which further proceeded to interview. They checked basic programming knowledge and problem solving skills. Overall the interview was a good experience.
Simple interview. More focused on our project and communication skills
1st round is aptitude test
2nd gd
3rd personal interview
4th managerial round
Aptitude questions are basics
Gd depends on our communication skills
And interview in interview questions from sql, database, data structure and project
Managerial round is a discussion with a manager of the company
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SADA (Thiruvananthapuram) in Mar 2026
Interview
First there was an aptitude test, 50 questions 1.5 hours. Only general aptitude + english, no technical stuff and no coding related questions. If you clear that, next you'll have a GD at SADA office + technical interview on the same day, after you clear the GD. Finally you'll have a leadership round. Technical interview for me was all about My resume projects, but can vary depending on panel. Other panels had basic resume based technical Questions. Leadership round was also just general, based on projects, questions like Risk posed by my project, project that I am proud about etc.
Overall, easy process. They look for good communication and overall aptitude.
