The application process took over 2 months and was quite disorganised. Applied online providing relevant documents Application acknowledged Received a n email requesting copies of documents that had already provided. Re sent requested documents Received an email with an extensive question sheet attached. Directed to complete the question sheet. Sent completed form to the school Received a email stating that an interview will be arranged Waited over 6 weeks to be notified of the interview date Took part in online interview - very positive indication of outcome. The interviewer didn't know if a demo lesson would be required or not. I was told that I would be informed shortly. After a few days, an email was sent saying that another interview will be conducted with other interviewers. Participated in the 2nd interview and was asked virtually the same questions. The interview was very uncomfortable. I was told that I would be contacted a couple of days. Waited over a week for any correspondence, then 2 days before the actual start date, received a generic email saying they weren't offering me a position. Total waste of time
