I had a short intake call with the interim recruiter and later an interview at the company.
The recruitment instances presented full professionalism. I did not get the position, but I went home with very good impression of the organization. Later I received a feedback.

Question 1
Several practical questions regarding experience and also the position-related tasks.
I applied with CV and a motivation letter, as usual. In 4 days I was contacted by a recruiter who asked if I find it comfortable to commute to the office and immedietely let me know that work is only on-site.
Super coherent.
Throughout the interview, there's a mutual sense of respect and professionalism between myself and them. It was a positive experience. The interview takes place in a collaborative and respectful atmosphere.
